Breast Cancer Awareness month may be drawing to an end but it’s still important to be aware of this disease that affects the lives of so many people. Video Shelf have released a Therapeutic Breast Massage Video DVD designed for professional massage therapists which explains techniques on massaging the breasts. In addition to demonstrating the massage techniques the DVD explains more about breast physiology and lymphatic drainage along with legal considerations.

Be aware that this DVD is designed for professionals so if you don’t have experience in massage you may want to visit a trained professional if you wish to have this performed on you.
